Is it possible to watch vehicles at any time?Yes, it is possible to watch vehicles 24 hours a day. 2. What is the principle of GSM operation? The vehicle has implemented equipment, receiving GPS signal from satellite and transfers the data to the server with a help of mobile connection (usually GSM). The user having connected to our system with the help of a browser can be aware about the location of the vehicle, the history of route and other data placed in the server. 3. Does GSM connection operate everywhere? GSM connection operates in almost the entire world, but there can exist certain places where the connection is impossible. The equipment we are offering you, in case of the absence of the connection with server, accumulates the data and when the vehicle appears in the zone of gprs connection, all the accumulated data of vehicle location are sent to the server. 4. Do we need any extra equipment to install in order to observe? You do not need to install or to purchase any additional equipment. All you need is computer and internet. Using internet browser open the page www.akis.lt and connect with the connection names ascribed to you, You can start watching your vehicles. 5. How many users can use the system at the same time? An unlimited number of users can watch the vehicles at the same time. 6. There are several departments in our company. I would prefer that the manager of each department could control only the vehicles of his department. Is it possible with your system, or all the managers having connected to the system will see all the vehicles of the company? Our system allows doing this with no restrictions. In this case we will create several names of connection and the vehicles to be controlled will be ascribed to them. There are clients wanting their vehicles be watched by other companies. The feature of “ascribing” allows realizing it easily. 7. Why can’t I login to the system? The problems when connecting to the system usually arise when capital and minuscule letters are mixed, so be sure that the function of capital letters is turned on/off when typing the name of connection and the password. Please, pay attention, that both the name and the password could be comprised from both: capital and minuscule letters. If you still cannot connect to the system please connect with JSC “Infoside” specialists in the column of contacts via indicated telephone numbers or e-mail. |
